Weight Loss surgery or bariatric surgery is recognized by the medical community as the only effective means of long-term weight loss for those considered severely obesity. Patients who undergo weight loss surgery lose an estimated 75% of their excess body weight.
P/SL's Weight Loss Surgery Center has earned the "Center of Excellence" designation from the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery. This is the highest designation awarded.
