Childbirth Express
Fee: $50
One 6 hour session
Childbirth Express is intended for those unable to attend a longer Childbirth class or as a refresher class for those that have already had a baby. This class provides condensed information about the birth process, comfort measures and potential medical procedures with limited hands on time.
A maternity tour is included in this class.
This class is best taken between 28 – 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Families that register for this class typically register for Baby 101: Understanding Your Newborn, Infant Safety, and Breastfeeding Basics.
