Patient Surveys for Quality - HCAHPS

Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center surveys patients each month on how they perceive our quality of care as part of a program called Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). HCAHPS is a national, standardized and  publicly reported survey of patient perspectives on their hospital care. Our goal is to provide such high quality care that patients will respond that their care “Always” met or exceeded their expectations on 18 different measurements.

We invite you to tell us how we’re doing whether you are asked to be part of the HCAHPS survey or not. While you are a patient here, we encourage you to speak up and tell us what you need and what we could be doing better.
